YDS manufactures technical boots for the British army, having won the world’s biggest tender for army boots that was conducted by the British Ministry of Defense.

YDS has a laboratory for quality control, which has been accredited by the International Footwear Technology and Test Center SATRA. Quality checks are performed on a regular basis to make sure that the manufactured products, equipments and raw materials used comply with the desired technical specifications, European and NATO standards, using physical and chemical methods.
